A2 - Assess Candidate's Performance Through Observation - Certificate.

This qualification is composed of a single unit from the Learning and Development standards: A2 Assess candidate's performance through observation

You will be required to provide evidence of:

• Agreeing and completing assessment plans with candidates
• Carrying out assessment using observation and questioning
• Completing assessment documentation
• Making assessment decisions against the national standards
• Providing oral and written feedback to candidates
• Processing your assessment decisions for internal verification

Start:

For individual candidates induction to the programme is offered monthly. Programmes will be organised to meet the specific requirements of organisations that wish several staff to work towards this qualification at the same time.
