• The requirements under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER).
• Issue and discussion of approval advisory literature.
• Hazards arising and precautions to take.
• Methods of marking abrasive wheels.
• Methods of storing, handling and transporting, inspection and testing
• The functions of abrasive wheel components. Balancing abrasive wheels.
• Proper methods of dressing abrasive wheels. The adjustment of rests.
• Building a two-way relationship with your audience.
• The need for effective communication skills and feedback in presentations.
• Methods of presentation - developing the presentation to suit the audience.
• Training Presentation Media; their purpose and use.
