The course will provides a firm foundation in HTML and its assistant technology CSS. The first section of the course will teach students how web pages are created using simple text editors. In the second section of the course, once students will have become familiarised with HTML and CSS, they will move on to using Adobe's Dreamweaver to aid the creation of a site. Students will also be taught how to optimise images for the Web and how to upload their files to a server using FTP.
