This course has been developed from Scottish Government sponsored training materials produced with Scottish Care and the Workforce Initiative it is designed to maximise active involvement of the participants, with the emphasis on facilitation of small group discussion and engagement in exercises and can be adapted to engage with volunteers, family members and service users.
