Advanced Apprenticeship in Management

Who is this course for?

Apprenticeships are primarily aimed at individuals whose job role involves leading and managing teams of staff, for example Intermediate Apprentices may be: Team leaders/Section Managers/Floor Managers, Helpdesk Manager and Trainee Supervisor/Team Co-ordinator

What qualifications or experience do I need ?

You will ideally have Maths, English and ICT qualifications to Level 1, however it is not a requirement that you have these qualifications as your programme of study can include these elements. You will be asked to undertake an Initial Assessment/interview which will ensure you are working at the correct level and that your employment situation meets the needs of the programme.

What will I study ?

Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading. Level 1 English, Maths and ICT and there will be an opportunity for candidates to study up to Level 2 if they meet the required standard.

How will I be assessed ?

Coursework, on the job assessment and online exams

What qualifications could I achieve ?

Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading, level 1 English, Maths and ICT. Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading .
