Advanced Apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating: Site Hudson Building

Course Content: The course covers some of the following modules: Health and Safety Supervision Estimating Application of Paints and Papers Spraying Application of Coving If you do not hold GCSE English and/or Maths, you will be supported in achieving them to help you become more employable. How will I be assessed? Assessments will take place both in College and in the workplace through exams and collection of evidence. You will be allocated an assessor who will visit you in the workplace to undertake observations and discuss your progress with your employer. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? Learners must own and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. What can I do after this course? You can progress to a Foundation Degree in Construction or develop your career in roles such as site manager.
