Your progress is monitored and assessments arranged as the course progresses. They will take place on-the-job. Assessment has three aspects: observation of your actual performance; the knowledge and understanding you display in response to written and/or spoken questions; and a portfolio of supporting material which you build up containing assignments, case studies and testimony evidence through the e-portfolio.
