Advanced AutoCAD (revit software) A3 Second Course

Who is this course for?

The use of computer aided design (CAD) systems almost all industry has become an essential tool part of the modern working environment. It is used at all stages of the design period, from conceptualisation and production of working drawings to the production of virtual reality images. These qualifications aim to further candidates understanding of the CAD using AutoCAD 2014.

What qualifications or experience do I need ?

You should have completed an Introduction to AutoCAD course or have experience of using AutoCAD.

What will I study ?

You will study; Create template files, Calculate and set drawing limits, create Paper Space layouts, utilize Paper Space for printing, Create viewport in Paper Space, Plot a final drawing project, create blocks and wblocks, Insert and modify blocks, Use the hatch and hatchedit command, create and edit dimension styles, programming such as: creating custom line type and micros.

How will I be assessed ?

You will be assessed through 2 practical assignments and an on-line test.
