Introduction

This course will give you a head start when applying for jobs, without committing yourself to the area of work. The Diploma gives you the knowledge and the skills that both employers and universities are looking for.

About the course
The course uses the college estate, equine yard, glasshouses, farm and zoo. We have specialist staff teaching across all the subject areas. Half of your time will be spent on practical aspects of the course.
There is a minimum 10 days compulsory work experience within one of the subject areas so that you can gain appreciation of the practical skills required.
During the course, you'll complete a student project to demonstrate the skills and knowledge you have learnt. It is also possible to include an A level within the Diploma programme.
