Perform an array of assessments to analyse the effectiveness of training programmes that you’ve implemented.

Advanced Training

Develop new and innovative training approaches and formulating effective long-term periodised training programmes that are specific for your clients’ goals.

Exercise Nutrition

Analyse food diaries, educate your clients on healthy eating guidelines and offer generic food recommendations to help them towards their goals.

Business Skills

Plan, prepare and implement a business plan including a marketing strategy to gain and retain clients.

Outdoor Fitness

Take to the great outdoors and learn how to use the environment to create great programmes or even boot camp style classes.

Sports Conditioning

Develop sport-specific training programmes for clients who have a particular sporting goal or hobby.

Suspension Fitness

Train clients in a more ‘functional’ way through manipulating their bodyweight to produce a suspension-based workout.

Padwork for PTs

Ideal for a mobile PT, help your clients to develop strength, power and endurance through a martial arts based approach to fitness.
