Course Description:
The course aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing learners with an array of skills and credentials, with at least 50% of all learning being 'applied'.

Description Breakdown:
The course is made up of three components that must be achieved in order to gain the 'Advanced Diploma':
Principle Learning - 8 Sport and Active Leisure Units assessed by a combination of examinations and course work.
Generic Learning - Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT, a Research Project and 10 days Work Experience.
Additional and Specialist Learning - Either an Advanced Level in Biology, or A Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Sports Massage Qualification.
