Semester One (Groningen)
Semester one is undertaken at the University of Groningen where you will study the following compulsory modules:
- GRON101 International Business Strategy (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- GRON107 Comparative Environmental Analysis (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- GRON108 International Corporate Finance (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- GRON109 International Strategic Alliances (10 credits, 5ECTS)
Semester two is undertaken at Newcastle University Business School where you will study the following compulsory modules:
- NBS8952 International Marketing (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- NBS8269 Research Methods for Business and Management Dual Award (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- NBS8913 Role of Business in Society - Issues and Challenges (10 credits, 5ECTS)
- NBS8946 Customer Relationship Management (10 credits, 5ECTS)
While in Newcastle you will select one elective module (10 credits, 5ECTS) from the following:

The compulsory dissertation will be taken over semester three of year one and semester one of year two, and will be jointly supervised and delivered by Newcastle and Groningen.
