About this course

This course is suitable for students with a minimum of 2 year’s cutting experience or NVQ/VRQ Hairdressing Level 2 or equivalent. Please bring proof of qualifications.

The course is accredited by Professional Beauty/Hair Direct, ABT and The Guild of Beauty Therapists. It is worth 12 CPD points.

What do I need to know about the course?

This course is for hairdressers wishing to update and advance their skills. Students will need a minimum of 2 years cutting or NVQ/VRQ hairdressing level 2. You will need to provide at least 1 x 16 inch training head (2 will maximise your learning if not providing a live model), then you may choose to use a live model for the 2nd practical to arrive at 2pm (female, 18+). You will also need to bring scissors, combs, brushes and a hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: Models & students must be 18+. Please wear minimal jewellery, comfortable clothing & closed toed shoes. It is recommended that you bring your own lunch.
