Would you like to become an authentic leader? Emagister might help you achieve your goal with the Advanced Leadership in Practice course!
Thanks to this programme, you will learn one of the earliest approaches to leadership: the Trait Approach, and you will study and analyse how leaders behave as well as the relationship between leaders and followers through the style approach.
Most importantly, you will study in-depth two different approaches to psychodynamics: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Neuro-Linguistic programming as well as the development of emotional intelligence (EI). It is important for a leader to know different ethical frameworks and how these can help leaders resolve problems without a precedent or a simple solution.
This course teaches you that, as a successful leader, you can adapt your approach to suit the circumstances and that authentic leadership should underpin any form of effective leadership.
In addition, the Advanced Leadership in Practice course teaches you the transformational leadership’s ability to change workers and followers into avid disciples whose hearts and minds have been inspired by an internalised belief in the veracity of their leader’s decisions and the delicate nature of the relationship between leaders and followers.
Are you ready to become an authentic leader? Do not miss this opportunity. Ask emagister.co.uk for further information!
