Leadership Skills For Charities is a three day development program for leaders, managers and trustees of charities.

During the interactive workshops you will cover:

Coaching for Managers – you will learn about how to bring about sustainable change, how to improve staff retention and empower employees and volunteers to achieve their goals.

Motivating the Staff – How do you improve productivity, quality and service? How do you help your team achieve their goals, build self-esteem and capability? In this module you will learn how to manage the development of your team.

Influencing and Persuasion At Work –How to reconcile your company vision with that of your employees and volunteers.

Managing Volunteers – How can you attract and retain the right volunteers and benefit from their involvement?

Change Management – How to employ effective communication strategies so that your employees, volunteers and stakeholders understand and support change with minimum resistance.

Problem Solving & Decision Making – Tools and models for identifying areas of improvement and delivering improved processes.

The course content will evolve over the three days and your facilitator is skilled and experienced enough to introduce and discuss other common areas of need amongst the group.
