The Management Advanced Level Apprenticeship is designed for those working in a management job role. This more advanced programme looks at the theory and practice of management. It can be gathering, analysing and presenting data; allocating and checking your team's work; or managing projects and budgets.
Apprenticeships are made up of framework of qualifications and training based on testing competency and developing practical, occupational and transferable skills.
COMBINED COMPETENCY AND KNOWLEDGE ELEMENT
Level 3 Diploma in Management.
Mandatory units cover:
• Manage personal performance and development
• Manage team performance
• Principles of leadership and management
• Principles of people management
• Principles of business
Choose from a range of optional units to enhance your learning experience and tailor the programme to your training requirements.
TRANSFERABLE SKILLS:
• Functional Skills in English Level 2, Maths Level 2, Information Technology Level 2
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities workbook
• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
This apprenticeship takes 24 months to complete and has a flexible start date.
There is no upper age limit for apprenticeships making it a course ideal for both those looking to start a career in a particular sector or those who are already employed and looking to get qualifications that recognise their experience and gives them opportunity to progress further in their career.
No learner fees. Employer fees as follows:
• 16-18 years old - fully government funded (no fees)
• 19-23 years old - fully funded for companies with less than 250 employees; employer fees apply for those with 250+ employees
• 24+ years old - partially-funded (employer fees apply)

On completion of this course you may be able to progress onto the Management Level 4 Higher Level Apprenticeship.
There are no formal entry requirements but you must be in a suitable job role and have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment, and the ability to demonstrate work practice.
We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.
These qualifications are delivered entirely in the workplace. You will be assessed in the workplace using a variety of methods including observation, questioning, professional discussions, witness testimonials and candidate work products and statements.
