Course Outline: Learning is provided by observation and testimony of the learners practice in the workplace, supported by questioning of knowledge, providing the evidence of competence.

Accredditation: City & Guilds 3069

Levels: 3

Progression: NVQ Level 4. Progression into other areas is also possible, such as; community development work, health and social care and youth work.
