The assessor led and supported the group brilliantly. I have been impressed and inspired all through the qualification and will miss the meets and feedback sessions as these were so useful! Found working with SDL very easy - my Assessor & IQA very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional throughout. The qualification has enabled me to develop a deeper understanding and also demonstrate my advice, training & management skills. Encouraged to research & report on my findings - found the feedback & assessment given for each task very useful indeed and always felt supported & confident. Easy to contact, discuss and enrol. Assessor comes to you and is in regular contact. Planning assessments is done together and once submitted feedback given. Staff at SDL are very pleasant and also flexible in working around you and timings. The assessor travelled to me when promoting services & giving advice at a county careers day . Credible and quality provision.

My Assessor, was great and gave me support throughout all the qualification. Very helpful and honoured all appointments and gave me feedback on all work I submitted, a very different experience to other colleagues with other providers! We will use again certainly as professional & knowledgeable! All units were structured and planned and I felt in control at all times and confident of success.

Recommended by a networking colleague. Qualification was carried out in work and also in my own time by producing evidence - found this a highly suitable way to show my performance in duties and achieve accreditation. My assessor was great and also a good motivator as well as being consistent in meeting me and planning/giving feedback. Excellent support was given and this made me feel instantly more confident in my own and their capabilities. The best route if you cannot find, let alone commit, to College or other attendance in the area and their independence is also reassuring as you do not feel like a 'target'. Fully supported by my work too - found that I could fit this qualification in as well as function at work and home. Many thanks.
