This course brings a holistic approach to the five elements of fitness: cardio-vascular health, strength, endurance, flexibility/mobility, reaction time skills. The blended training methods practised on this course, facilitate an effective training regime which is enjoyable to both body and mind.

About this course
Perform a sequence of fitness based movements.Demonstrate increased cardio-vascular fitness, strength and endurance.Demonstrate improved ability in co-ordinating movement, mobility, balance, core strength and soft impact activities (in accordance with individual’s own health parameters).Develop flexibilityDefine fitness and list health benefits of fitness.Describe basic principles of how to exercise safely.
Loose comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. Shoes suitable for performing exercise, including light impact (optional) movements.
