The Agile® Practitioner Online Training Course will give delegates an understanding of how to work effectively and efficiently in an Agile® project environment. They will learn how to balance the standards of quality project management with a fast paced and changing environment. Delegates will look at managing risk and prioritising projects as well as investigating the different factors and lead to success. During this course delegates will learn about DSDM roles and responsibilities as well as communication techniques to ensure all processes run as smoothly as possible.

Agile® Project Management Practitioner Exam Structure:

Objective-testing
4 questions per paper, 15 marks available per question
30 marks required to pass (out of 60 available) - 50%
Two hours duration
Open-book (restricted to the manual only) examination

What could be improved: Firstly I had a few issues with booking the course. I took the Agile Practitioner 4 day course, we had 2 days of fundamentally having the book read to us, then a day with a ridicule establishment exam, trailed by our own opportunity to change then the genuine exam, the most recent day was again to recall the exam, trailed by correction time and after that the genuine exam.
