What I would highlight: This was an excellent course - not only does it give you the knowledge to run your own manual handling training but also the skills to deliver the training effectively no matter who your audience is. There was a great deal of varied formats in which to deliver the training and it was very interactive. Really enjoyable, great value for money. I would highly recommend Alistair Bromhead's training.

What I would highlight: Greatly enjoyed the 2 days. The course was run by an excellent trainer in a very friendly and interactive manner. We covered plenty of ground regarding technical issues and trainer techniques - but in an enjoyable manner. The group gelled very well and their mixed backgrounds and experience levels added value to the course

What I would highlight: A delegate focussed course, which was enjoyable and extremely beneficial. The trainer pitched at the right level for all concerned - and there was a range of experience levels in the room from those new to the subject through to existing trainers. All found the experience very beneficial. The course material will be very useful - especially the template presentations on CD.

What I would highlight: A huge "Thank you" goes to Alistair Bromhead (AB) for providing a captivating, professional and successful 2-day “Train the Trainer (City & Guilds) Manual Handling Course” and for selecting such a perfect venue (Aldergrove, Belfast) for the delivery. There is no doubt that our trainer (AB) was a “big hit” with all the delegates in our group. .... Thank you so much for such a memorable and enjoyable training course – the results prove your success (100% achievement)..

Description

Alistair Bromhead Ltd runs the 2 day City & Guilds Manual Handling Train the Trainer Certificate. This couse will provide the skills, knowledge, techniques, confidence and course material to run your own manual handling training sessions for the safe handling of materials and goods (rather than patients). The course will benefit those who want to become manual handling trainers as well as those who are already conducting such training but want some fresh ideas and techniques to integrate into their existing programmes &/or want refresher training and certification. All groups will gain from the confidence generated in their abilities by achieving City & Guilds certification and companies will benefit from the cost saving and flexibility associated with their own certified in-house trainers. The City & Guilds accreditation provides a nationally recognised manual handling instructor qualification rather than simply using a certificate from the training provider.
