You can rest assured the products are truly the best and you can see the effects immediately. The course is run timely; the material is well presented and covers a wide range of subjects relevant to occasional students, like myself or students intending to start a business. This course was very good and very enjoyable for 3 main reasons:
1) The class was small so I feel I learnt a lot from it
2) The trainer was very professional and gave a lot of individual attention
3) The training material is excellent
I am looking forward to treating my clients in the very near future.
Also, considering the level of this diploma, I'm now thinking of doing another course with Refocus. I can only highly recommend Geraldine Wachholz.

How easy it was to get access to it. No complications at all. The information given was clear and they were also very flexible in accommodating my needs. The online part (theory) is a nice touch. It helps you with practical. The instructor really knew how to explain and break it down. She kept it really excited and also gave advice on my particular situation (running my own business and coorporating what I learn into it). All questions were answered too.

As a mature student, I felt that the Salon North End training academy was the best option for me as it meant that I was still able to work full time and pursue my studies in the evenings. The NVQ level 2 and 3 courses were both practical and theory based, covering all aspects of beauty therapy and I learnt all of the skills that are required to become confident and competent in the industry, meaning that I was able to secure employment after the first year. I would recommend training in the private sector for anyone who wants to receive a better quality of learning at your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere.

I was very pleased that my teacher helped me secure a job in beauty therapy before even finishing my level 3.

Really enjoyed this course. The teacher was lovely and very professional. The course was inter-active which kept me interested at all times. The handouts have been put together very well. In general the atmosphere was really nice and friendly - and I loved the biscuits!! I would definetly recommend this, in fact I've already booked onto another one in August.

I really enjoyed the Hopi Ear candling course - it is held at a nice location, by a professional & knowledgable teacher. The course itself is easy to follow, as it is well structured, delivered at a nice pace & supported by excellent course material.
I am currently looking into the other courses on offer, would definitely book again!

She is particularly helpful during the practical sessions, making sure that each of us were happy with the massage techniques and positioning of therapist and client. I enjoyed completing the workbook at home, it helps to reinforce what was learned on the day, and is a good reference tool. Everything was explained well in terms of case study requirements and using IHM in different scenarios. Would recommend this course as an additional skill for therapists.
