Course summary

This one day training workshop is part of our management training portfolio, focusing on performance management. It will give you a sound overview of the appraisal process as well as helping you make the most of the appraisals for your own team.

We start by looking at the principles of appraisal and what constitutes best practice in an appraisal scheme.
