The course is suitable for those who care for people with dementia including family members, it is mapped to the skills for care knowledge set for dementia and provides opportunity for CPD for those working in this area.

The course consists of 3 units.
* Unit 01 - Understanding dementia
* Unit 02 - Understanding the practical help available for people with dementia
* Unit 03 - Caring for people with dementia

The cost of the course is 300 at present.

How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.
End Date: 12 weeks from enrolment date.

How will I be assessed?
Units are assessed by Field Based Tutors.
