We are registered to ISO 9002 standard for the provision of full cost training and education.

Course content:
Welder training will be delivered according to customer specifications
* At the College†s Welding Centre at Hebburn, or
* On the company premises
* Using a wide range of materials, processes, in a variety of positions

Training can be tailored to suit company requirements and to match production requirements and staffing levels.
Pricing for welder training vary depending on length of training required, materials used, and level of testing/accreditation required.

ASME 1X assessment (payment refunded if training is continued)

The Welding Centre offers welder training and certification to a wide range of standards including ASME 1X, BSEN 287, BS 4872, or other international standards. Certification can be arranged to suit company/individual standards e.g. Lloyds, DNV, Zurich etc. (price on application).

* FCAW (flux cored arc welding and metal cored wires)
* MIG (GMAW)
* TIG (GTAW)
* Oxyfuel gas cutting and gouging
* Plasma cutting
