Description
Aspiration Training Ltd is a specialist training provider with a single focus within the care sector. This includes health and social care, covering about two thirds of its learners, and childcare From December 2011, we became registered with City and Guilds to deliver the Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing. The business commenced trading in the early 1990s; it was purchased by its current owners via a management buy-out at the end of 2002. The business employs c.80 employees, currently supports c.1200 learners and, beyond its principal contracts with the Welsh Assembly Government and Learning Skills Councils, has a number of smaller contracts primarily in childcare. The company supports learners within apprenticeship programmes, both foundation and advanced, as well as diplomas and NVQ only programmes.
