Ever felt like you are being trampled on(at work, home, socially and even relationships)?
There's no doubt that you will have heard of assertiveness, it's a common word. But many people still don’t really know what it means. So this course develops understanding that assertiveness is a communication technique or skill.
It’s also a behaviour, a way of expressing your wants, needs and wishes effectively and clearly: with no threat, or fear of backlash WHILST ensuring that you are "caring" for and respecting others.
The course helps learn the skills and theory, then works on changing behaviours to enable you to practise in your everyday life and ultimately master these skills.
