History

Since 2004, we have delivered our services in the voluntary, non-profit, public and private sectors. As well as working with self funding individuals.This has included:* Individual personal and professional development.* Demand led, client centred employability work: working in partnership with the public sector. *Working in large educational institutions to prepare students and graduates for the transition into employment.*Working with employers and organisations to deliver professional development courses and events.*Writing 'off-the-shelf' training materials for groups, organisations and voluntary organisations.* In 2008, we also added a range of Motivational and Team Building events to our services.

About Potential Developments:Our reason for existing is to provide high quality, meaningful and relevant learning for individuals, organisations and groups. We’re passionate about learning, and focusing on your desired results and outcomes. We do this by working in partnerships and building strong relationships with our clients, customers and learners. Our range of courses and training services can vary in length, depending on need and include: in-house, open and bespoke personal and professional development, employability training (demand led and client centred) and the writing of training manuals and learning materials. We’re extremely creative, love a challenge and thrive working on projects that need more input and development. We’re also very obsessive about providing services that: creating lasting change, completely engage and inspire learners to keep learning, and offering opportunities for people to realise their potential.
