What will the course involve?
The learner will need to undertake an initial induction and assessment to ensure their suitability for this mode of delivery.Once enrolled, the learner will produce a portfolio of knowledge and performance evidence.Each learner will have a dedicated assessor who will visit them in the workplace to undertake observations and provide any necessary advice and guidance.
