EVEN THOUGH THIS COURSE IS ARRANGED THROUGH THE DISTANCE LEARNING UNIT IT REQUIRES ONE TO ONE VISITS FROM THE ASSESSOR WITH THE LEARNER. FUNDING FOR THIS COURSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUAL LEARNERS LIVING/WORKING IN ESSEX, NORFOLK OR SUFFOLK. This NVQ level 3 programme is designed to enable you to become a more effective member of your organisation. It will do this by helping you to demonstrate your ability to assess candidate's performance in the workplace.

What will the course involve?
The learner will need to undertake an initial induction and assessment to ensure their suitability for this mode of delivery.Once enrolled, the learner will produce a portfolio of knowledge and performance evidence.Each learner will have a dedicated assessor who will visit them in the workplace to undertake observations and provide any necessary advice and guidance.
