Charaka, a classical Ayurvedic writer, defines disease and health thus, 'A disharmony among the constituents which support the body is known as disease; their harmony is called health, the state of normality. A sense of well-being is characteristic of the absence of disease, for disease is always associated with discomfort'.

This beautiful Facial is a detoxifying treatment that utilises natural products from pure essential oils, botanical extracts and herbal preparations to deeply cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. It includes a facial steam and a Marma Point Massage to relax and relieve the stress lines that are a result of everyday life.

What I would highlight: Ayurvedic oils and creams are divine because now I look five years younger. My skin is soft and replenished. Right now I am really relaxed because the heat from the hot stones dissolved all the tension in my neck. This Ayurveda course also made me realise that I had not felt a sense of well being during years. This course is much more than a facial massage. I am really looking forward my next appointment.
