BA (Hons) History of Art and Russian Gives students the opportunity to experience teaching from across 2 broad areas of the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures bringing together expertise across a wide range of Subject Areas. History of Art and Visual Studies course units cover European and North American art and architecture from the Ancient Greek world to the present day, as well as courses in Middle Eastern and South Asian art. Studies in Russian will enable students to develop their Russian language skills to a superior level, while also developing their interests in and knowledge of a variety of other subject areas (such as film and media studies, sociology, history and politics, literary and cultural studies).
