  • Big university with a lot of activities. It much easier than in Spain…The change from euros to pounds.
    |
  • The University of Ulster is also fantastic. Lecturers and staff are very helpful and kinds. There are also many facilities at the University.
    |
  • It is a system of self learning with tutorials (the teacher is only there to answer questions). Weird, but really nice way of teaching, I've learned a lot in web design.

Course programme

Course Content

You undertake twelve core modules in the first two years of the degree, covering subjects such as multimedia authoring, web programming, imaging, design application and professional issues.

In Year 3 you undertake a year's work experience, in the UK, Ireland or Europe. You can also study in the USA. This leads to either the Diploma in Professional Practice for a placement year based in UK or Ireland; Diploma in Professional Practice (International) for a placement year based outside the UK or Ireland; or the Diploma in International Academic Studies if Year 3 is spent in study abroad.
You return to the University in Year 4 for the third year of academic study. This will introduce more advanced multimedia and web programming concepts. The dissertation allows supervised research in a chosen topic that will aim to reflect both your interests and professional activity within the Faculties of Computing and Engineering and Art, Design and the Built Environment.
