This three-year course is designed to prepare nursing graduates who will have the skills to respond to the changing needs of adults who require nursing care within a vareriety of rapidly changing healthcare environments. Successful students will be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) which will permit them to practice as a Registered Nurse (Adult) in the United Kingdom.

Course programme
Theoretical study throughout the course follows four main themes:
Professional values
Communication and interpersonal skills
Nursing practice and decision making
Leadership, management and team working.
The course enables students to develop their abilities and skills in nursing adults who have complex health care needs. The last semester of the course comprises of a 12-weeks practice learning experience where students can develop their ability to manage patient care, in preparation for the role of a registered nurse.
Each year is divided in to a number of theory modules followed by practice learning across the 45 weeks of the academic year.
