Entry requirements
For 2017 entry onwards: applicants require a minimum of 96 points from two A Levels, GCE and AVCE Double Award or 60 Access to HE credits . Students are also required to hold English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above.
Non academic entry: applicants with no traditional entry qualifications will be interviewed, set an appropriate piece of work in the form of a 1000 word essay, and a judgement made taking into account their academic potential and relevant experience.
Those students wishing to enter through advanced standing may do so through the APCL and APEL process.

The programme gives you an excellent all round understanding of all business functions. Common career choices in addition to marketing are finance and accounting, human resource management, business analysis and of course, working for yourself.Many students choose to continue their studies and progress to a master's degree in a related topic or choose to pursue a career in teaching and complete a PGCE. Learning & Teaching Methods
Methods of learning and teaching are designed to support students in becoming active members of a learning community. Students will be expected to work together in an informal environment as well as in formal classes where a culture of dignity, courtesy and mutual respect with staff and their peers is essential. A variety of methods will be used such as lectures, seminars, workshops, group work, computer assisted learning, case studies, video and other multi-media presentations.
The broad range of modules offered by this programme allows students the opportunity to develop diverse intellectual skills whilst at the same time, developing professional, practical and transferable skills which will enhance your opportunities for future employment. Employment opportunities recent graduates have taken include roles in both the publish and private sector as well as starting up or developing their own businesses. A recognition of the role that e-learning offers in terms of additional skills and employability is also reflected within many of the modules and this will enable students to further enhance their transferable skills and move towards achieving their personal and professional goals.
