Business skills for the Professional & Leisure Sector Level 2

This unique combination which offers a Business qualification for various professional and leisure sector industries such as travel, aviation and hospitality offers students the chance to achieve a level 2 qualification whilst at the same time continuing to develop Maths and English skills/qualifications.

Units may include:

• Deliver customer service in a business environment
• Produce documents in a business environment
• Solve problems in a business environment
• Work with others in a business environment

• Innovation in a business environment
• Manage and improve own performance in a business environment

These units will be taught within a range of different professional and leisure sector scenarios such as the travel industry, hospitality and leisure sector.
