Bag Design

Bag design is one of the fastest growing areas of fashion. On this bag design course we will show you what's involved in creatively and practically producing a range of bags (with coordinating purses or wallets). You'll also learn about fabric selection, current trends in surface decoration, range building and where to manufacture.

The course includes:

• Trend research
• Preparing design/mood boards
• Developing design ideas
• Creating customer profiles
• Working drawings, spec sheets and material specifications

You will design a coordinated range of bags with spec sheets. This is a bag design course, and does not involve bag making.

Your course place is confirmed once you have booked online or via the phone using a credit or debit card. There is no deadline for booking. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis, and all courses have a maximum number of students. We suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.
