The course offers a non-competitive, enjoyable session in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to suit your needs whatever your age, size, ability.. You will be taught how to focus on every part of the body and how to determine exactly which muscles are working in each movement. Please wear fitness wear, t-shirts, leotards, tights and ballet shoes (trainers are not suitable).
