Display skills necessary for the management of interviews using counselling skills. Understand the need for support and the limitations of using counselling skills. Demonstrate their knowledge of some of the ethical issues connected with using counselling skills. Suitable for: Individuals wishing to acquire basic counselling skills for use at work, home or in the community. Please note that this course does not prepare learners for professional counselling careers. It is not suitable for individuals requiring individual attention, counselling or a therapeutic group.
