Course programme

The course is a 2 day basic navigtaion and safety course, which provides an introduction to the basic skills required before taking a small boat to sea or taking an active part in running a boat. The syllabus includes charts, buoyage, navigtaion, safety, anchoring, tides, rules of the road, electronic navigtaion, weather forecasts, pilotage and passage planning.
