BBQ Masterclass
The following are examples of the types of dishes likely to be prepared on this course.
- Sesame ginger beef, sweet onion marmalade
- Lamb souvlaki brochettes, chilli aioli
- Teryaki tuna skewers with chermoula
- Free range chicken tikka fillets
- Griddled native lobster, garlic butter
- Potato & cornichon salad
- Cucumber, red onion & dill, mint yoghurt
- Rocket leaves, caesar dressing
- Grill roast cinnamon rum bananas with vanilla whipped cream
The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.
