About this course
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. If you have taken an IIHHT, IHBC or IIST course with VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust) in the last three years then you will have completed the VTCT Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards. If not you will be required to cover these units by home study with the aid of course material provided by the centre.

- Provide facial massage and skin care
- Apply and instruct on make-up
- Provide lash and brow treatments
- Provide wax depilation
- Provide eyelash perming
- Provide a manicure treatment
- Apply cosmetic skin tanning
- Provide a pedicure treatment
- Implement good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Shaping eyebrows and tinting eyelashes and eyebrows
Examination System
Continuous assessment by means of written homework, assignments and home practice. Home study and practice is over a minimum period of three months. A final assessment date is arranged after the home study period.
Course Format
The course is run as either Weekends or Weekdays. It may be possible to ‘mix’ course dates if certain dates are inconvenient.
Further Information
Course times are from 10.30 am to about 4.30 pm depending on the group size.
Where possible the group size is kept at ten or below for individual attention.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer a monthly payment scheme.
