This course is ideal if you wish to gain more experience of wiring flowers into a spray that is ideal for a wedding or celebration cake.

On this two-day course, Paddi will show you how to make an open rose, alstroemeria, jasmine, fern and foliage in a pink and mauve colour theme or your own choice.

These lovely flowers will then be wired into a graceful spray.
