The course presents motivational and behavioural change techniques which have been used to improve road safety and discusses the evidence to support these approaches. The effectiveness of road safety discussions, training and the use of technology (e.g. in-vehicle data recorders and e-learning) are discussed along with their limitations. The course also provides delegates with the knowledge to accurately measure whether an intervention has been successful or not.

Course programme

Course structure This is a two day course which features a combination of presentations, practical examples and case studies. All delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course.
