12 Month Working Student
Working Students
This course is available to those BHSPI students who are willing, and are able to work in exchange for tuition. We regard our Modern Working Students as very special people, as they spend at least 12 months as part of the Wellington Riding team.
Students can hope to take 5 BHS exams throughout their year with us, which result in them becoming a qualified riding instructor - BHSPI. This course offers a sound grounding for anyone wishing to pursue a career in the equine industry, as they will spend time on the variety of yards we have here. This provides the opportunity to learn all aspects of the industry whilst attending Wellington Riding.
Students will need to become a full Gold member of the British Horse Society before they can take any of their BHS Stage or Teaching examinations. For more details on the BHS and membership of the Society please visit: .uk
