Biotechnology with Management with a Year in Industry/Research

You will take the following four core modules, run in parallel, which provide the fundamental building blocks:

• Cell Biology

In the second year you will take six core modules and select one optional module.

You will choose one of the following modules:

• Business for Professional Engineers and Scientists

Your third year is spent either completing an industrial placement within an organisation from a relevant field, or conducting research.

In the fourth year you choose one module from each group below, in addition to completing Science Communication and either a laboratory-based research project or a literature-based dissertation.

You can specialise by selecting modules and a research topic that fit your interests and career plans.
