This BPEC Energency Efficency course covers layout, installation and control of heating systems in order to meet requirements included within Part L of building regulations. At the end of the course, installers will know how to advise customers on energy efficiency and how to get the most out of their central heating system.
The course is provided by Prospects Training Solutions and has been published in emagister.co.uk, the leading training search engine. It is aimed at existing heating installers. They will learn the best practice specifications for the components of central heating systems, the ideal radiator and boiler sizing as well as commissioning systems, among others. The programme also covers the customer benefits resulting from this energy efficiency measures and considerations.
Delegates must underpass an assessment consisting of an open book exam with 30 multiple choice questions. Upon satisfactory completion of the assessment, candidates will achieve the BPEC Energy Efficiency Part L Certification and can apply for the Energy Saving Trust registration.
