This is aone day practical course which provides in depth training on several different methods of escape from various holds. It is suitable for anyone working in an environment where someone may become violent.

To give learners:
- A knowledge and understanding of all ECC&R Breakaway methods and related legislation and national guidelines
- Practical exercises in all Breakaway methods
