With the Breath4Lifeª Breath Work Level 2, you will experience 20 hrs of 1:1 mentorship, including the theory Breath4Life™ Breath Work. This session consists of a gentle, safe and easy breathing technique that aims to clear mental, emotional and physical blocks and suppressions.

What is Breath4Life™ Breath Work? You will experience a Breath4Life™ Breath Workgroup session, which is a simple breathing technique, which can transform the quality of your life. If you have suppressions of guilt or anger, which are so widely spread in our society today, you may experience frequent, upset, irritation, frustration and possibly even physical disease. You may find yourself taking that anger out on someone you truly love, like your friend, lover or child, when what you really want to experience with that person is love and joy. A typical reaction when something like that happens is to wonder, "What came over me?” not realising that you have tapped into a suppressed emotion, which takes control of your behaviour. Breath4Life™ Breath Work can help release any negative emotion and allow you to experience a new sense of freedom and well being.

· What marks this course apart?

The skills needed for group a one-to-one Breath4Life™ Breath Work Practitioner The course consists of 15 days of training, 20 hrs of 1:1 mentorship, including the theory Breath4Life™ Breath Work. All documentation and workbook are provided and practical experience. Certification is awarded when the workbooks, project, reflective journals and all documentation are successfully completed.

Each student will:

  • Prepare the classroom materially and energetically for a breath work session
  • Be able to describe the theory of energetic classroom management
  • Be able to discuss the theory behind breath work and Breath4LifeTM
  • Be able to describe the process of breath work and Breath4LifeTM
  • Have an experience of facilitating a group breath work session and Breath4LifeTM session
  • Be able to describe the importance of being 'able to hold a space'
  • Be able to describe the importance of being 'on duty unless alone in your own room'
  • Be able to discuss the feeling of 'being projected at'
