What I would highlight:
This course was really interesting and I particulally enjoyed learning about sampling plans and how to support assessors with their own CPD. The content was really thorough and the practicals enabled me to develop my skills.

What I would highlight:
The course was easy to follow, and being online I coulod do it whenever I wanted, as I work fulltime, I could sneak a bit in my lunch break!
My mentor always marked my assignments and emailoed then back within a few days/ hours.
The customer service is unbelievable, I suppose it down to all the training they do!
I would recommend this provider above ALL others, dont hesitate to do the course with them!

What I would highlight:
My mentor was really supportive and the assignment was constructively fedback with help and guidance so i could learn alot from the course. I really enjoyed the course and fitted it around the kids and dogs easily!
The company are extremelly good quality and the service provided second to none, highly recommend. Dont use any other provider!

What I would highlight:
As well as doing the new TAQA level 3 certificate, which was great and I enjoyed the course, Bright them helped me to get a job assessing and earning £300 a day!
The course was really enjoyable, I really learnt a lot. My mentor was great and really supportive. The company are extremelly professional and freindly.
They provided the two candidates needed but also you know the course is not mickey mouse and a proper professional qualification.

What I would highlight:
It was easy to follow, you can complete it at your own pace, the assignments are easy to understand and there is lots of guidance. My mentor was fantastic and the microteach really good fun.
I have become good friends with many fellow learners as there is lots of forums on the Bright learning area.
You get written feedback from your mentor within 4 working days, usually much sooner so you can progress really quickly but at a high standard.
The company are very professional and helpful, supportive and excellent quality throughout. Bright deliver excellent customer service as they are very responsive and helpful. They have many trainees but you always feel like you are getting a personal service and the staff know EVERY trainee, you dont get a pushy sale just helpful advice and information. There is a job board on the learning site.

What could be improved:
Nothing at all! It was all really really good. Cant fault it at all, The microteach was only 20 mins away for me.

Bright have been like a family to me, everyone in the office is so freindly and helpful and my mentor has been brillinat. They also helped me during a difficult ti,e in my life and have me loads of support and encouragement. The course was easy to follow and complete, I have learnt loads.

What I would highlight:
Great course, enjoyed all of it. The online learning is very well written and laid out, very straightforward to use and easy to understand.
The microteach was really good fun and I learnt alot from doing this, meeting peers and talking to my mentor. My mentor was always contactable, very knowledgable and explained things very well. I was given lots of guidance on my assignments and compaleted the course in 3 weeks.
Highly recommened, great provider, excellent service.

What I would highlight:
The online learning was well laid out and easy to access. My mentor was great, always there when I needed her, always helped me with questions and explained everything to me properly so everything was easy to understand. I would recommend Bright to anybody that wanted to do the course as they also help you find work and helped ,me secure a job with a training provider as a full time NVQ assessor.

What I would highlight:
I enjoyed the practical side of the training the most, I liked being with the candidates. My mentor was very supportive and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend this company as the course is fantastic and I am now doing freelance work for the company. The online learning provided all the underpinning knowledge that I needed to know and I have now gone on to do my PTLLS course with this company.

What I would highlight:
I could not have completed this award if it wasnt for doing it with Bright as I had no candidates. I completed the course online and had a great mentor given to me who was really really helpful and answered all my questions, even the stupid ones! All the staff in the company are really friendly, honest people and the customer service is really really good.
I loved the practical as it has given me the confidence to assess myself and I enjoyed meeting other people.
I have just got a job with my local college as an NVQ assessor in customer service and I start on Monday!

What I would highlight:
Again- another great course from Bright. The course was fun, interesting and easy to follow.
My mentor was really knowledgable and helped me with all my questions.
The online materials were well written, easy to understand and written in plain English. I particiually liked the micro teach which was good fun and I enjoyed meeting fellow students.
I recommed doing PTTLS with this company. I took me only 1 week to complete!

I was impressed with this company, they have excellent customer service skills and all staff are really knowledegable and helpful.
The online course is good, easy to use and follow and I found the materials well laid out. The micro teach was really fun and I was able to attend locally to me.

What could be improved:
