Application process for prospective licence holders. Legal duties of applicants. Penalties effective for non-compliance of licensing law. An understanding of Operating Schedules. Powers of the Police and other associated bodies. Rights of entry by authorised officals. The nature, supply and effects of alcohol. Duties and responsibilites of Personal Licence Holders.Clients need to throroughly familiarise themselves with the contents of the book provided beforehand (2-4 hours reading recommended).
Assessment
Examinations by multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 28 out of 40.
